These terms describe how Himalayan Singing Bowl and Trading handles website enquiries, product orders and course bookings. Please contact us with questions before confirming an order.

1. Enquiries and confirmed orders

Submitting a product enquiry or course enrolment form is a request for us to contact you. It is not an online checkout or automatic confirmation of a purchase or course place. We confirm availability, specifications, price, currency, payment method, delivery arrangements or course dates directly with you before payment.

Wholesale, custom and made-to-order purchases require written confirmation of the agreed specifications and arrangements.

2. Products and handmade variations

Our range includes singing bowls, statues and other instruments and handicrafts. Handmade items can vary in appearance, dimensions, weight and sound. Review the specific product description and ask for measurements, photographs or sound samples when these details matter to your purchase. A handmade variation does not excuse an item that is defective or does not match its agreed description.

3. Prices and payment

The confirmed quotation states the payable amount, currency, available payment method and applicable shipping charges. Please confirm which taxes and delivery costs are included before paying. Dispatch or production arrangements are confirmed for each order.

4. International delivery and import charges

DDP - Delivered Duty Paid (shipper pays)

We use DDP delivery for the following destinations. The shipper arranges import clearance and pays applicable import duties and import taxes as part of the confirmed DDP shipment.

DDP countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States, Australia.

DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid (receiver pays)

For all other countries, our delivery mode is DDU: the receiver pays applicable import duties, import taxes and customs or courier clearance charges requested at the destination, before release or delivery. These destination charges are not included in a DDU shipping quote unless expressly stated.

DDU is the older name we use for receiver-paid import charges. DAP (Delivered at Place) is the current Incoterms term for this arrangement. We confirm the delivery mode, service availability and costs for your destination before you pay.

5. Courses and wellbeing

Course availability, dates, fees, included services and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed before a booking is accepted. Sound therapy and meditation activities are offered for education and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about personal health concerns.

6. Damage, returns and cancellations

Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Keep the packaging and provide photographs and order details so we can investigate. Please contact us before sending an item back. Return eligibility, return shipping costs and any agreed refund or exchange arrangements are confirmed for your order, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Ask about cancellation and change-of-mind arrangements before confirming a custom order or course booking. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Website content and external services

Our product photographs, recordings, text and course materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Please obtain permission before reusing them commercially. External links, including WhatsApp, are operated by their respective providers.

8. Questions and disputes

Please contact us first to resolve questions about an order or booking. Our business operates in Nepal; applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
