Shipping & Returns

Himalayan Singing Bowl and Trading arranges delivery of singing bowls, statues and handicrafts from Nepal. Please provide your destination country, postal code and selected items when requesting a shipping quote.

1. Quotes, dispatch and delivery

Delivery availability, courier, shipping cost, preparation time and estimated transit time are confirmed for each order before payment. Delivery depends on the destination, parcel size, service availability and customs processing. An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date. Any tracking and insurance arrangements are confirmed with your shipment.

2. DDP and DDU delivery countries

DDP - Delivered Duty Paid (shipper pays)

We use DDP delivery for the following destinations. The shipper arranges import clearance and pays applicable import duties and import taxes as part of the confirmed DDP shipment.

DDP countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States, Australia.

DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid (receiver pays)

For all other countries, our delivery mode is DDU: the receiver pays applicable import duties, import taxes and customs or courier clearance charges requested at the destination, before release or delivery. These destination charges are not included in a DDU shipping quote unless expressly stated.

DDU is the older name we use for receiver-paid import charges. DAP (Delivered at Place) is the current Incoterms term for this arrangement. We confirm the delivery mode, service availability and costs for your destination before you pay.

3. Delivery details and customs

Provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Customs or the courier may request identification or additional information to release a shipment. We describe and declare the goods accurately. Remote areas, import restrictions or service disruptions may affect availability; confirm arrangements with us before ordering.

4. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Check your parcel when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, with your order details and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we investigate and coordinate any courier claim. We will discuss the appropriate remedy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us before returning goods so we can confirm the return address and arrangements. Ask us to confirm any change-of-mind return window, custom-order restrictions, return shipping costs and refund timing before payment. These details are agreed for each order. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed goods or any cancellation rights that apply by law.
